Why Participate in the Annual Assembly?
The Annual Assembly is an excellent chance to meet WUSC alumni, friends, local committee and institutional members. Delegates will have the opportunity to learn more about current issues in international development through the Research Forum and keynote speaker. Finally, delegates will participate in developing WUSC’s mission and governance in the business meeting.
Who will I meet at the Annual Assembly?
Local Committee members from across the country attend the Annual Assembly.  Each Committee can send one voting delegate and as many observers as they wish.  Travel subsidies are available for Local Committee voting delegates from outside the Toronto / Ottawa / Montreal corridor.

Institutional Members, universities and colleges from across Canada, can send one voting delegate and as many observers as they wish.

Up to 25 alumni members can attend the Annual Assembly as official voting delegates.  Assistance with travel costs is available for up to 15 of these delegates from outside the Montreal-Toronto-Ottawa corridor.  As well, to be eligible for a travel subsidy, you must have made a financial contribution (minimum $25) to WUSC in the past 12 months.

The deadline to apply for Alumni voting delegate status was August 14, 2009 and is now passed.
