Learn Overseas

There are many ways you can learn and volunteer overseas with WUSC...and change your life! 

Through Students Without Borders™ you can apply your academic knowledge and classroom theory to a practical work environment in Botswana, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Malawi, Niger, Peru or Vietnam. You'll make a meaningful contribution to a local development project, gain valuable workplace skills and, in most cases, earn academic credits while you're at it! 

And our Uniterra program offers these overseas learning opportunities:  

• International Seminar - emphasizes a unique grassroots approach to learning, introduces you to the realities of rural life in a developing country, and fosters meaningful intercultural exchange.
• Partnerships - facilitated exchanges between specific groups of Canadian students (ex. engineering, health sciences) and local development partners and projects in the South.
